Coated in napolitana sauce, the Sicilian Cannelloni is Sam (Nathan the Tommy Sugo Founders Sicilian father-in-laws own traditional Sicilian recipe). Now that was a very long winded way of saying this tastes great! Serves 4 (8 Tubes).
