Our food has real ingredients, with NO artificial additives. We freeze our products for a couple of reasons. Firstly, it means we don’t have to add any additives to preserve our food = better for you. Secondly, freezing the likes of our ravioli allows us to make our pasta outer shell significantly thinner than other pastas on the market. Melt in your mouth thinner pasta = less of the cheap ingredient and more of the flavoursome higher quality ingredients that make all the difference in flavour and your meal experience. Refrigerated supermarket raviolis and tortellinis have very thick pasta on the outside. This is a lot cheaper to produce, and it also protects the pasta while being refrigerated. We choose to make a much better, tastier, thinner pasta on the outside, and freeze it so it maintains its shape and quality without having to add artificial additives or gas flush our products.
